NECK WARMER: Size: one-size Circumference at the bottom: 85 cm Circumference at the top: 55 cm Height: 26 cm Materials:200 g colour no 06, autumn forest
DOUBLE POINTED NEEDLES AND CIRCULAR NEEDLE (60 and 40 cm) SIZE 5 mm - or size needed to get 22 sts x 24 rows in wavy pattern = 10 x 10 cm. CIRCULAR NEEDLE (40 cm) SIZE 4 mm – for rib.
GARTER ST (in the round on circular needle): * K 1 round and P 1 round *, repeat from *-*.
PATTERN: See diagrams A.1 and A.2. ----------------------------------------------------------
HAT: Worked in the round on circular needle. LOOSELY cast on 104-120 sts on circular needle size 4 mm with Big Delight. Work rib = K 2/P 2 for 5 cm. Then switch to circular needle size 5 mm and K 1 round while at the same time dec 2-1 sts evenly = 102-119 sts. Then work pattern according to A.1 (= 6-7 repetitions on round). When piece measures 12-13 cm, work pattern according to A.2. When A.2 has been worked 1 time vertically, there are 66-77 sts on round. Work all sts tog 2 by 2 = 33-39 sts. Work all sts tog 2 by 2 one more time = 17-20 sts. Cut the thread and pull it through the remaining sts and tighten tog. Piece measures approx. 26-27 cm.
NECK WARMER: Worked in the round on circular needle. LOOSELY cast on 187 sts on circular needle size 5 mm with Big Delight. Work 2 rounds in garter st, then work pattern according to A.1 (= 11 repetitions on round). When piece measures 12 cm, continue according to A.2. When A.2 has been worked, there are 121 sts on needle. Work 2 rounds in garter st, cast off. Piece measures approx. 26 cm vertically.
